Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 stick(s) butter |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
4 eggs |
1 cup(s) flour |
2 cup(s) powdered sugar |
2 cup(s) pumpkin |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and sugar with mixer. Add in pumpkin and oil and mix until creamy. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and mix. Pour into 15 X 17 Jelly role pan (A large and deep baking sheet will work as well). Bake 350 for 30-35mins. 2. Icing: 3. Mix 3oz cream cheese (softened), 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 stick of butter or margerine (softened) and 1 tsp of vanilla. 4. *I sometimes add a little more cream cheese b/c it's pretty sweet with all the powdered sugar!!!) |
