Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 2/3 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) oil |
2 cup(s) fresh pumpkin |
2 cup(s) flour |
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
Directions:
1. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Add sifted mixutre and blend with pumpkin mixture. Spread batter into ungreased 15 x 10x 1 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. |
