2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 cups oil |
1/2 cup nuts |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 cups flour |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Grease & flour 2 9x13 pans. 3. Divide batter between pans. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 5. Frost with cream cheese frosting. |
