Frost with cream cheese frosting. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs sugar and pumpkin in a large bowl. 2. Combine the the dry ingredients a separate bowl - then add to the first mixture and mix well and pour into a greased and floured pan 12in by 18in by 1 inches. 3. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until you can stick a tooth pick in it and it comes out clean. |
