From my hair dresser when I lived in Denver. She was a great baker. Hope you enjoy these as much as we do. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
1 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups pumpkin puree |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter |
3 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. BARS: Mix all ingredients in bowl. 3. Pour into 11 x7 x1 jelly-roll pan. 4. Bake for 20 minutes. 5. Let cool. 6. FROSTING: Mix ingredients together & spread over cooled bars. |
