These seem to just melt in your mouth. Everyone will want your recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/3 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
2/3 cup chopped pecans or 2/3 cup chopped walnuts |
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar |
1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 teaspoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients. 2. Combine the dry ingredients, add to the pumpkin mixture. 3. Stir in the nuts. 4. Pour the batter into a greased 15x10 inch pan. 5. Bake at 325°F for 30 - 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and frost. |
