A pumpkin bar with a cream cheese frosting. Out of this world!! Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
2 cups canned pumpkin |
4 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup butter, melted |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
6 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 tablespoon evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In lg bowl, mix first 4 ingredients well. 2. Combine dry ingredients; add to pumpkin mixture. 3. Stir in pecans. 4. Pour batter into a greased 15x10 inch pan. 5. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, or until pick comes out clean. 6. Cool. 7. Frosting: Mix all ingredients until smooth. |
