I realize why I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread is all of the sugar. The banana really adds a lot of natural sweetness. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canned pumpkin |
1 banana |
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional) |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. 2. Pour the smoothies into small glasses. |
