Just what a biscuit needs! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree |
1 medium apple, peeled and grated |
1 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed |
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. 2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 hours. 3. Serve with biscuits, corn muffins or oatmeal. Store in closed container for up to 2 months. |
