Pumpkin and Red Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 red pepper
200 g pumpkin
1 small onion
1 cup stock
1 tablespoon tomato puree
Directions:
1. Chop up all the vegetables into small chunks and simmer in the stock until tender.
2. Allow the soup to cool a little before blending it smooth.
3. Add seasoning of salt and pepper and a dash of chilli sauce.
