Pumpkin and black bean soup |

Ingredients:
1 can(s) black beans, drained |
chopped chives |
1.5 teaspoon(s) cumin |
1 can(s) diced tomatos |
1 cup(s) heavy cream |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 onion, chopped |
4 cup(s) pumpkin puree |
salt to taste |
3 cup(s) vegetable stock |
1 tablespoon(s) yellow curry powder |
Directions:
1. Saute onion 5 minutes. Add broth, tomatoes, beans and pumpkin. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir in remaining ingredents. Simmer 5 minutes. |
