Really interesting and delicious! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped |
1 cup onion, diced |
1 cup green pepper, diced |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1 cooking spray |
15 oz tomato sauce |
1 1/2 tsp oregano |
2 tsp chili powder |
2 tsp cumin |
15 oz pumpkin |
30 oz. cooked black beans, drained and rinsed |
3 cups fat free chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Sautee onions, green peppers, and garlic until soft. 2. Add spices and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add to crockpot along with other ingredients. 4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. |
