Ingredients:
3/4 cup rye flour
2/3 cup all purpsose flour
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1 tbs molasses
1/2 oz unsweetened choclate melted and cooled
1/4 cup dried cherries
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients
2. In another bowl whisk wet ingredients
3. Stir both just to blend
4. Fold in the cherries
5. Bake in 6 muffin lined tins at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean
6. Cool on rack
7. Serve warm
