Lovely warm soup. Ever feel tiered and cold comming home from work on a cold winter day? Sit down and take a sip of this yummy soup! Ingredients:
1 onion chopped |
3/4 cloves of garlic minced |
1 tsp of freshly grated ginger |
2 tsp of milk curry paste |
1 a cup of pumpkin peeled and seeded |
4 cups of chicken stock |
1 cup of water |
salt |
pepper |
fresh herbs to taste |
1/2 a cup of milk |
Directions:
1. fry the onions on a frying pan. 2. In a sauce pan(on medium fire) ,place the milk and water in it and mix well till blended, 3. add the garlic,ginger and curry paste and mix well, add the the chicken stock and stir till it looks like one substance, put the pumkin,salt,pepper and herbs in and stir till thickens slightly. 4. leave it to cool for 8 minutes before serving. |
