Use this rice with Rendang or chicken curry. This is for an electric rice cooker. Ingredients:
5 cups glutinous rice |
4 1/2 cups water |
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1/2 cup grated fesh coconut |
2 screwpine leaves |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Wash rice and put all ingredients into rice cooker. Turn on cooker. 2. Once cooked fluff up with a fork and remove screwpine leaves. |
