Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) apple cider vinegar |
2 pound(s) boneless pork shoulder or butt |
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder |
1 clove(s) garlic, crushed |
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1/4 cup(s) packed brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 cup(s) water |
1 cup(s) your favorite bar-b-que sauce |
Directions:
1. Place the pork in a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Rub with the brown sugar, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup water. 2. Cook covered until meat is tender and shreds easily, on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours. 3. Before serving, transfer the pork to a bowl, discarding the liquid. Using 2 forks, shred the meat. Mix with Bar-B-Que sauce. |
