Directions:
1. Have pork shoulder at room temperature 2. Cover with rub and let sit for 15 minutes and put on rack in pan 3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees 4. Cook at 425 to 15 minutes then drop temperature to 285 and cook for several hours (6 or more is best) |
