so rich these babies are just full of MY love! Ingredients:
2 packets dry active yeast |
1/2 cup warm water ( no cooler than 70 no hotter then 110) |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1stick butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup cold milk |
as much ap flour as needed |
Directions:
1. heat water add honey and yeast let stand 2. melt butter in sauce pan with sugar and salt 3. dance to your favorite song while you wait a few min, 4. place your melted butter ina large bowl with yeast mix ( make sure your butter is no hotter then 110* f so that you dont kill yeast) 5. wisk in eggs and milk 6. now start adding flour folding in 1/4 cup by 1/4 cup until you have a nice smooth dough 7. place in a oiled bowl and let rise in a hot house (if itd cold turn your oven on and place in ontop you youll kill yeast) 8. let rise 1 hour at leased no more than 1 and a half ( they dont rise as nicely in the final bake if they rise too long) 9. youll need your muffin tin and a few good friends or alot of good music 10. cause now you got to get a huge flour surface and start rolling this huge dough ball into little roll balls or the size of a marble youll need lots of little ones one huge one doesnt work 11. now place three balls into one cup of the muffin tin if you only have one tin your dough will wait perfectly fine on the counter its a patient dough 12. let your little muffin bread rise another 30 min, no longer or your left over dough will get gooey and strange when you eat it, its get kina crumble but yet chewey, i would now recoment waiting on this time 13. bake in a 350 oven for 10-20 min they should come out of your muffin tin easly then theyre done 14. this bread is perfect right out of the oven all hot a steamy with some butter melting on top, perfection! |
