Wonderful recipe for serving at a potluck, Superbowl Sunday or any other gathering. Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs beef roast |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 (12 ounce) can beer |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a baking dish and cover. 2. Bake at 250 degrees for 8-10 hours 3. Pull apart and serve on buns. 4. Use the leftover juice as an au jus to dip sandwiches in. |
