Ingredients:
3 cups puffed rice cereal (mumbra) |
1 onion, chopped |
2 tomatoes, chopped |
4 dates |
1 green chili pepper |
4 teaspoons cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Roughly chop the dates and green chili, as needed to grind in your blender. 2. Blend the dates, green chili and salt with water to form a thick syrup. 3. Mix all the ingredients. 4. Serve as a snack or as a light dinner. |
