Traditional holiday beverage containing coconut, eggs, milk and rum Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk |
1 (15 ounce) can creme de coconut |
4 egg yolks |
1/2 cup rum |
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender on low for about 1 minute, chill in the refrigerator serve cold. |
