Puerto Rican Adobo Marinade |

This recipe is used in conjunction with my Puerto Rican Arroz Con Pollo (Rice and Chicken). The Adobo Marinade is used to marinate the chicken overnight to impart a true Puerto Rican flavor and make the chicken very tender and juicy. Ingredients:
5 garlic cloves, chopped |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano (preferably mexican oregano) |
2 tablespoons fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until all of the garlic is well combined. |
