Mmm GOOD! Ingredients:
3 english muffins, split |
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Split muffins and top with a sprinkle of cheese, top with a spoonful of sauce, sprinkle again with cheese. 2. Garnish with a dash of parsley. 3. Place on a cookie sheet in toaster oven or oven at 375°F for 6 minutes. 4. Remove for oven and place pizzas directly on rack to toast the bottoms. 5. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and serve. 6. *The leftover sauce can be use for spaghetti the next night! |
