This colourful salad is almost like a dessert. It is often asked for at family dinners and for potlucks. Ingredients:
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding |
1 can (19 oz) crushed pinapple, including liquid |
1 cup miniature marshmeilows (coloured look good but white are fine) |
1 small container coolwhip (at room temperature) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in the order listed. 2. Let set in refrigerator 15 minutes or overnight. 3. Serve chilled. |
