This recipe is good for individual snacks for children. It came from OSU Extension Expanded Food & Nutrtion Program. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar-free instant pudding mix (powder any flavor) |
1/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Put the correct amount of pudding powder and milk into a cup. 2. Hold cup firm and stir with spoon. 3. Stir until mixed together well and pudding is thick. 4. Eat and enjoy! |
