A versatile cookie that you can change the flavor of very easily. Given to me by Kathleen, a fabulous lady and great cook! Ingredients:
1 c. butter |
3/4 c. brown sugar |
3/4 c. white sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tsp. vanilla |
2 1/4 c. flour |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1 tsp. salt |
1 pkg. (113 g. size) instant pudding, flavor of your choice |
1 c. add in of choice, to complement pudding flavor |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugars. Add in eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir in dry ingredients, mix well. Fold in add ins. 2. Drop from tsp. onto cookie sheet, bake at 375 degrees 9-11 minutes till set. 3. Cool & enjoy 4. I have used chocolate pudding with choc. chips added in, fudge pudding with butterscotch chips, banana pudding with chopped toasted pecans, butterscotch pudding with milk choc chips and toffee bits, vanilla pudding with dark chocolate chips...the limit is your imagination! |
