From the restaurant of the same name. A good oil-and-vinegar based dressing.
Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
1 3/4 cups peanut oil or 1 3/4 cups canola oil or 1 3/4 cups olive oil
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except oil in the blender and blend on low speed.
2. With machine running, add oil in small amounts until the dressing is thick and emulsified.
