Original recipe from Cooks Ilustrated-lovely stuff! Ingredients:
3/4 cup real mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons soy sauce or 2 tablespoons tamari |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon chives, chopped |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Measure mayo in a 1 cup measuring cup or small mixing bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well. 3. Chill until ready to serve. |
