Here is an appetizer with the tart and salty flavour of classic English fish and chips without the fish Ingredients:
1 large baking potato |
1 dash salt |
1 dash malt vinegar |
Directions:
1. Scrub potato. 2. Dry well. 3. Leaving skin on, slice into 1/4 inch rounds. 4. Place slices on a microwave roasting rack. 5. Microwave on high 10 minutes or until chips begin to brown. 6. Sprinkle with vinegar and salt to taste. |
