Prune Filling for Hamentashen |

For use with Hamantashen. Makes enough to fill about 24 hamentashen. From Mom's recipe box. Ingredients:
3/4 cup chopped prune |
1/4 cup water |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 lemon, zest of, finely grated |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until prunes are very soft. Puree with stick blender. |
