Ingredients:
1 (1/2 pound) round slice provolone
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
sliced bread rounds, as an accompaniment
Directions:
1. Heat a grill to 400 degrees F.
2. Drizzle the cheese with a touch of oil. Place the cheese on the grill for 45 seconds. Flip the cheese and grill for another 45 seconds. Place cheese in a small round baking dish. Sprinkle with oregano and crushed red pepper.
3. Serve immediately. Use small knives to spread cheese mixture on bread slices.
