Savory Provencal nuts are at home on ant hors d'oeuvres plate. The spicy cayenne and rosemary pair nicely. Ingredients:
3tbs butter |
2tsp dried rosemary,crushed |
3/4tsp salt |
1/4tsp cayenne pepper |
2c raw almonds |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Using baking sheet with lip,melt butter. Mix seasonings into the butter,and then toss in almonds. Bake seasoned nuts for about 10-12 mins,stirring once,until toasted and fragrant. 2. Remove from heat and serve warm or at room temperature. |
