This soup is both delicious and filling. Ingredients:
six cups chicken stock |
1 1/2 lbs dried white beans |
2 cups diced ham |
1 cup dry white wine |
1/2 cup diced carrot |
1/2 cup diced celery |
1 small onion, diced |
1 1/2 tablespoons herbes de provence |
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Put everything into crockpot and cook on low 8 hours. |
