I'm doing the Abs Diet and came up with this smoothie. Ingredients:
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese |
2 tablespoons whey protein |
3/4 cup skim milk |
2 tablespoons egg beaters egg substitute |
3/4 cup frozen raspberries |
2 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. |
