25g protein, and so amazing. 240 calories, makes about a twelve or 16 oz shake....mmm, my favorite part of my workout! Ingredients:
26 g designer whey protein powder |
8 2/5 g swiss miss diet |
1/2 medium banana, frozen |
2 tsp reduced fat jif pb |
3 ice cube |
3/4 cup cold water |
Directions:
1. Microwave 1/4 cup water for about 40 seconds. Mix in the hot chocolate packet, toss it in the blender. 2. Throw in everything else. : ) Blend, and enjoy! |
