8 oz. neufchatel cheese |
1 egg |
1/8 cup sugar |
1/8 cup splenda |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
1 large graham cracker |
Directions:
1. Put first 5 ingredients in blender or Food processor, Roll out graham cracker in plastic bag with rolling pin to make fine cracker crumbs, divide cracker crumbs in 12- 1-1/2 minicupcake paper liners and place in mini cupcake tin or large cupcake pan, divide the cream cheese mixture into the 12 cups, Bake at 350 for 15 min.
