Protein Peanut Butter Fudge |

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1/2 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter |
2 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
2 tablespoons designer vanilla whey protein powder (2 scoops) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave on high for about 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave another minute. 2. Remove and stir in cream cheese until dissolved. 3. Stir in splenda, then stir in protein powder. 4. Grease a 6 1/2 inch square container and line with waxed paper. 5. Pour mixture into the container. 6. Cool, cut into 20 1-inch pieces. |
