These are really tasty. Ingredients:
4 large egg whites, raw |
3 oz firm tofu, lite |
1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and cook like regular pancakes. Use .25 cup to dispense batter. |
