4 egg whites
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup oats, whole grain
1 scoop whey protein powder(vanilla)
1 cinnamon to taste
Directions:
1. Blend all ingridients in blender

3. top with favorite fruit or syrup.
