Makes 3 saucer sized pancakes or 1 giant pancake. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 |
1/4 cup oatmeal |
3 egg whites |
1/4 tbsp vanilla |
1 tbsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender 2. Spray frying pan with non stick cooking spray 3. Fry till golden brown 4. Serve with 0 calorie butter spray and sugar free syrup (30 cals for 1/4 c) 5. Can also be eaten with peanut butter, jam, or plain for a quick on the go snack! |
