High protein, low fat pancakes that taste great. For more protein, add 1/2 scoop Any Whey protein powder; adds 35 calories and 8 grams protein. Ingredients:
4 egg whites |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1 tbs. cottage cheese, lowfat, 1% milkfat |
2 tbs. milled flax seed |
1/4 cup sugar free syrup |
4 g i can't believe it's not butter! spray |
Directions:
1. Mix egg whites, oats, vanilla, cinnamon, cottage cheese and flax seed in blender. 2. Pour onto hot griddle and cook until browned. 3. Add low-fat butter spray and syrup if desired. |
