High Protein Low Fat Really low sugar pancakes. Enjoy with your favorite sugar free syrup or as is!!! Ingredients:
2/3 cup oatmeal |
1 1/2 cup egg whites |
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 scoop whey protein powder |
1 tsp cinnamon |
2 dash nutmeg |
1/2 cup blueberries, halved |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, mix throughly. 2. Pour on non-stick pan or pancake griddle; make 2-3 pancakes at a time, cook 2-4 minutes or until you can see small bubbles forming in batter 3. Carefully flip pancake over and cook 2-4 more minutes 4. Enjoy! |
