High Protein pancakes Ingredients:
120 g whey powder |
1/2 cup soymilk |
2 large eggs |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
butter |
nonstick cooking spray |
blackburns sugar-free syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix protein powder, milk, eggs, oil and baking powder in a mixer until smooth. 2. Ladle two large spoon fulls of batter onto sprayed skillet. flip when required. 3. Place butter pads on pancakes and pour syrup to taste. |
