Great for Bariatric Surgery Patients Low Natural Carbs, Low Fat, Portion Control
Ingredients:
1/8 cup muscle milk 'n oats instant oatmeal (i buy mine online)
1/8 cup 2% breakstone or penn maid cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 tbsp. davinci sugar free syrup
1/2 tbsp cary diabetic pancake syrup
1/2 tbsp. smuckers sugar free jam
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together with an Immersion type blender.
2. Pour entire batter into a preheated skillet that has been treated with canola spray oil over medium heat..
3. Cook as you would a regular pancake, flipping when edges are golden and firm.
4. This pairs very well with morning star breakfast patties.
