Serve this dip with a veggie tray. Of course, you could make this with sour cream instead of Greek yogurt, but the protein would be significantly lower. This came from Thinner Times. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
16 ounces trader joe's 2% greek yogurt (or fage) |
8 ounces light cream cheese (fat free can be used) |
1 ounce dry good seasonings italian salad dressing mix (1 packet) |
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese slightly in microwave. Mix all ingredients together, and beat with a mixer. 2. Tastes better after it chills for a few hours. |
