I love oatmeal, I love blueberries. this is fast and good for you! eat it as a meal or a snack. You can use any berry you wish. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute (optional) |
Directions:
1. make the oatmeal as you would normaly. (stove top or microwave). 2. when oatmeal is done, pour into bowl. mix in protein powder, splenda, and berries. 3. serve and enjoy! |
