Useful addition to a Low Carb/High Protein diet...an extra TBLS of Flax or Wheat Bran can be added for extra fiber without much recipe adjustment(add a few drops more of skim milk). Ingredients:
2 tbls oat bran flour |
15 g (2 tbls)top care whey & soy protein powder vanilla |
2 tbls fat free cottage cheese |
2 tbls liquid egg whites |
1 1/2 tsp skim milk |
Directions:
1. Mix & cook using nonstick spray until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with maple agave nectar. |
