Clean Eating Banana Protein Muffin
Ingredients:
12 egg whites
2 fresh bananas
2/3 cup of uncooked oatmeal
6 tbs of sugar free jam
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 dash vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of fiber one
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
Directions:
1. blend together in a blender
2. pour into tin muffin cups
3. top with chopped pecans
4. baked at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes
