Clean Eating Banana Protein Muffin Ingredients:
12 egg whites |
2 fresh bananas |
2/3 cup of uncooked oatmeal |
6 tbs of sugar free jam |
1 teaspoon of baking soda |
1 teaspoon of baking powder |
1 dash vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon |
1/2 cup of fiber one |
1/4 cup of chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. blend together in a blender 2. pour into tin muffin cups 3. top with chopped pecans 4. baked at 400 degree oven for 30 minutes |
