protein muffin with protein powder Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour |
2 scoops protein powder |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
2 cups skim milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. mix together, then add in whatever fruit you want. 2. put in pam sprayed muffin molds or make into a cake . Bake at 350 for 15-20. |
