I found this on Pouch Party Cooking On A Small Scale! I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
8 ounces skim milk
1 scoop body fortress cookies 'n creme whey protein powder
1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute
1 ounce davinci sugar free kahlua syrup
Directions:
1. Put it in a blender and whiz it -
2. Pour in festive glass - top with whipped cream - mistakenly think you are at Applebees and wonder why nobody is bussing your table.
