                                                8 ounces skim milk  |  
                                                1 scoop body fortress cookies 'n creme whey protein powder  |  
                                                1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix  |  
                                                1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute  |  
                                                1 ounce davinci sugar free kahlua syrup  |
